La nostra proprietà si trova nel cuore di Ragusa Ibla a circa cento metri dal Duomo di San Giorgio.
La struttura, una costruzione dei primi del ‘900, è stata interamente ristrutturata tra il 2012 e il 2014.
La nostra struttura è composta da un monolocale con Soppalco a Piano Terra, una camera matrimoniale con bagno situata al Primo Piano e da un Monolocale con terrazza situato al secondo piano, indipendenti tra loro o prenotabili insieme. Tutti gli ambienti sono moderni e dotati di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, internet wi-fi, TV led, frigo, asciugacapelli, bollitore.

Il monolocale con soppalco: è dotato di un soggiorno che funge da area multifunzionale, con cucina completamente attrezzata con frigo, divano letto e bagno privato con doccia, set di cortesia e asciugamani morbidi.
Collocato sopra troviamo il soppalco con camera da letto doppia/matrimoniale.
Climatizzazione: riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata per il massimo comfort.
TV Led, Wi-Fi gratuito.
La casa può ospitare una famiglia composta da quattro persone due adulti e due ragazzi.

La camera matrimoniale: si trova al primo piano della nostra struttura ed è dotata di un balcone che dà sulla strada principale così come la finestra del bagno ed è dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, internet wi-fi, TV led, frigobar, asciugacapelli, bollitore

Il monolocale: si trova al secondo piano della struttura ed è composto da un’ampia camera con un balcone e una finestra dotata di una moderna cucina attrezzata con frigo, forno, stoviglie e tutto quanto può servire per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La camera è dotata di divano letto, Tv Led, aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, internet wi-fi. Salendo le scale si trova il bagno-lavanderia dotato di ampia doccia, asciugacapelli, finestra. Accanto si trova la terrazza da cui si gode una splendida vista sul centro storico.

Our property is located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla about one hundred meters from the Cathedral of San Giorgio. The structure, an early 20th-century construction, was completely renovated between 2012 and 2014.

Our property consists of a studio apartment with a loft on the Ground Floor, a double bedroom with bathroom, located on the First Floor, and a studio apartment with terrace located on the second floor, independent from each other or bookable together. All rooms are modern and equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi internet, LED TV, fridge, hairdryer, kettle.

The studio apartment with loft: it is equipped with a living room used as a multifunctional area, with a fully equipped kitchen that has a fridge, sofa bed and private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and soft towels.
Located above we find the loft with a double bedroom.
Climate control: independent heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort.
Led TV, free Wi-Fi.
The house can accommodate a family of four people, two adults and two children.

The double bedroom: it is located on the first floor of our property and is equipped with a balcony that looks out onto the main street as well as the bathroom window and is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi internet, LED TV, fridge bar, hairdryer, kettle.

The studio apartment: it is located on the second floor of the property and consists of a large room with a balcony and a window equipped with a modern kitchen yhat has a fridge, oven, dishes and everything else that can be used for a pleasant stay. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, LED TV, air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi internet.
Going up the stairs there is the bathroom-laundry equipped with a large shower, hairdryer, window.
Next to it is the terrace from which you can enjoy a great view of the historic center.
