I piatti del bistrot siciliano sono ispirati a sapori riscoperti (come le mitilugghie), ma anche combinazioni nuove e abbinamenti che portano la bocca fuori dall’Isola.

The dishes of the Sicilian bistro are inspired by rediscovered flavors (such as the mitilugghie), but also new combinations and pairings that take the mouth off the island.
