Project Description

Bistrot/ wine bar in piazza G.B.

Ibla – IG: ciacio.ibla)!

Bistrot/Wine bar in piazza G.b. Hodierna (in front of the Hyblean gardens) in Ragusa Ibla. About twenty table settings in a welcoming and pleasantly unusual environment, and with the nice weather, there is the possibility to sit outside, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the historic Hyblean town. We offer a menu with local and seasonal ingredients, the menu is generously inspired by the traditional cuisine of the island, in so doing it offers an insight into the light heartiness of the senses: we offer platters, gourmet sandwiches, soups, a sustanza (main courses), the spinnagghi an alternative aperitive or a tasty entry, and much more. Our cantina has a large selection of the most famous wines and also niche wines, mainly Sicilian; and of course, artisan beers. Come to visit us, and if you want you can follow us on our social platforms, you will enjoy following the crazy adventures of our Ciaciò (FB: Ciaciò.Ibla – IG: ciacio.ibla)! Comu fu e comu non fu, vinisti nti Ciaciò (roughly translated as) Whether you did or not, you came to Ciaciò. But who was Ciaciò?  Ciaciò was Ciaciò, the mild, the pure, with a great heart: in short, the village fool. When did he live, nobody knows: he has always been and always will be, with his adventures and bizarre encounters.

Now let’s stop talking, eat up!
